We offer free USPS First Class Mail shipping to domestic US customers on all orders over $40. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express for faster delivery. We ship international orders through the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped the day the order is received if before 3pm EST and if the order it not an on-demand print item. Custom Made to Order Process After you contact us, we will begin asking you lots of questions. Next, we will design and sketch the ideas we have discussed and send you a digital photo for your approval. Once approved, and your 50% down payment has been received, we will create your piece. We will invoice you via email to make paying online fast and easy for you.) Generally speaking, the entire design to completion process usually requires at least four weeks, depending upon the complexity of the design and how quickly the approval process goes. We will tell you our availability schedule during our first conversation so that you can anticipate when you will have a finished piece. Design fees are negotiated on a case by case basis and vary depending upon the nature of the project. Unless you negotiate a premium rate for ownership of the design, we reserve the right to paint and resell the design we create for you. Payment in full is due prior to shipping/installation.

Gently hand wash with a mild detergent and a generous amount of water. Swish the item around in plenty of warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay/hang flat to dry. Do not be alarmed if a small amount of dye is in the rinsing water. This will not diminish the color values in your piece. Rinse until water is clear if this happens. For best results, iron on a gentle/silk setting while the piece is still damp. Installations are more easily dealt with by dry cleaning. Any reputable dry cleaner should be able to properly handle 100% silk items! Sun fades everything! Consider this when choosing where to hang your art. Indirect sunlight is normal, but hanging your silk in direct sunlight will indeed cause it to fade over time.
